Since I have never seen a loan package except for one person my question is:
If there are two borrowers, John Doe and Jane Doe, do they both receive 2 RTCs (2 with John Does name and 2 with Jane Does name only) even if they are signing at the same time. Or would you receive only two RTCs with say, John Doe, Jane Doe,(Husband and Wife)or possibly 4 with both their names appearing on all 4.
I believe that each signer gets two copies of the RTC, but how many are do you actually receive in a loan package?
