Posted by Paul/FL I have created a Voting Booth page on my website which will contain some issues and possibilities. I ask Florida notaries to stop by and vote. (Right now there's only one issue: journals.) If you don't see an issue that you would like to have presented to the Notary population and possibly to the Florida legislature, please post your response on that page as well.

As the Florida Senate settles down to business for 2005 session, it may be a good time to push for notary reform, again. In the past, attempts at notary reform have been tabled indefinitely or simply died in committee. There are some issues that must be readdressed, and now is the time to put our collective votes to work.
