I went to one Signing Companys' web site and they stated that they paid $45.00 - $50.00 for a 45 mile radius anf
d said nothing about Doc fees. I thought 45 mile radius as the crow flies and not as the driver drives ends up to be 50+ miles one way. Depending on the traffic it would take you about an hour to get there. So you have printer, gas, auto wear an tear expenses and at least 5 hours of your time so you might make at least $5.00 profit. I filled out a form on one signing companies web site, I put down $50.00, 25 mile radius,$1.25 a mile over and $25.00 Doc fees.
I was thinking after reading about loan doc's and some can be over 200 pages maybe there should be a base price on them and so much for every 25 pages over that.
