Posted by Kelley I have a question regarding a form called "Compliance Agreement and Contract to Close Loan Transaction". On this form it calls for the borrower(s) signature(s) and the Closing Agent's signature. I spoke with the Signing Co. who, in turn, had me talk to the Lender. He said I was to sign as the Closing Agent. Not a problem except it's not calling out for notarization. Should I stamp this document?
