Posted by Kelley Thanks! I really questioned this one because it didn't make sense to me that I should sign it. However, when the Lender told me I needed to sign it I started to question myself. I may be new at this but I've had many years experience with Contracts etc. and can generally understand what I should and should not sign. Thanks again!
