my husband and i are relocating to fortuna.looking for a rental of a house/cottage/duplex-2 bedrooms-w&d hook-ups-prefer yard for gardening and prefer to have walking trails nearby. no more than $750/monthly. we do not smoke/drink and have no children/pets.
