Our realtor in Arcata has access to all of those, of course, and thanks to the internet, so do we. I'm looking for leads to strictly "For Sale By Owner" properties that are *not* in the MLS. Also.... I said "specifically Fortuna," and that is our preference, but we would be happy to investigate anything in the surrounding area, as well. Thanks again, :-)
