I'm looking for a house in Fortuna to rent. I and my mom plan to rent permanantly. We want a house rental we can remain in for the next twenty years or more. We want a two bedroom, two bath with a small front and backyard. Out of town is fine. No immediate neighbors is prefered. We are two artists and both over 50.
