I Live in a great complex that is quiet at night and in a good neighboorhood, we have some units open and I think they are going for 575 they are 2 bedroom with a garage that has washer dryer hookups and a small enclosed back area. they are all one level it is more of a townhouse setting you are connected by common wall or garage and I believe there is a end unit open that is connected by garage.
