My name is Tawnya Jeffords...I was born in Fortuna, in 1965, as Tawnya Moehring. My Grand mother was Terry (Theresa) Widener, when she passed away. She lived in Fortuna for a very long time, earlier on as Terry Moehring...She used to own and cook at Terry's Cafe on Main Street, and before that The Snack Shack...which I hear was down by some train tracks..This was a bit before my time...any way, I do have very fond memories of visiting Grandma at her cafe and wish despretly to have any photo's that anyone may have of the restaruant...(terry's cafe) It was on the main street in town I think all thru out the 70's. I live far away in Virginia now, so I do appreciate any help someone can give me. Thanks so much!!!!!Oh..If anyone has any OLD photo's of the old Rhoner park I would love these treasures too!!! be in touch...please be on the look out!!! THANK YOU!!!
