I have lived in the area over 15 years, and I would like to know more about the area and who owned it, and what it was used for over the years. Mostly interested in "The old quarter mile strip" south of the Strawberry patch down to Burl Country. It parralels with the railroad and I often wonder what it was like it the old days... used for caring for train passengers and/or ??? Anyone??? Photos or information would be awesome! Thanks so much!
