ok so i will bite on this one chris haha first any real fire truck would have a chemical extin. (atleast a ABC kidde brand you can buy at lowes). If you are on a horrible budget cut you could in that truck that was pumping water thrown a bottle of dawn dish soap in the tank and that would of coated the fire and snuffed it out, but you would have to use a cone attack not a straight stream with a straight stream and water you just make the fire upset. another thing a good fire crew would of done is one have bunker gear in my personal gear that i wear i have 6 useable pockets in one pocket is tools pliers screwdriver etc. take your pliers pinch the fuel line off stops the fuel flow and hazmat clean up and then just throw your self some kitty litter on the oil and its out and you started clean up. but thats just what i would do. of course if you watch the pass he never does shoot the fire bottles off which could of helped alot. oh well back to resting after a long day at the station watching it ice over. check yall later
