The automotive camshaft and valvetrain portion of Crane Cams was purchased by Triton Valvetrain (the group who were in the process of purchasing it on Feb. 20th, when the bankers nixed the deal). A proper press release will be coming out shortly. The website should be back up in a few days. Automotive ignitions will still be distributed by Crane Cams. Phone numbers should stay the same, and May 9th is the hopeful reopening date.
