Hi everyone. This site has been really helpful for me in understanding the colonoscopy procedure that I am to undergo this monday. I have had a really hard time with severe IBD attacks and my doctor is doing the colonoscopy to find out whether I have chromes or colitis. I am to begin my prep tomorrow, but I have been having attacks all week and wonder if anyone one else has experienced IBD attacks before a colonoscopy and how it has effected them. I am really scared about the colonoscopy and finding out if I have a disorder. I havn't been able to do anything for the last 3 weeks due to the attacks. I am just wondering if anyone had a similar situation and if they were able to have a normal life. I am 23 and this is devastating me.
