okay, the big day is tomorrow really nervous about it but it can't be any worse than drinking that stuff (blah). I (excuse me for being so blunt) threw half of it up half way through but managed so get the rest of it down there was blood in it which i guess is normal ( got a little scared about that ). So i'm thinking the worst is over if i could only stay out of the bathroom . Let you know how i make out
