I agree; I've had benign polyps removed twice from my stomach, and the discharge instructions for both that and my colonoscopy clearly stated that in the event any polyps were found and removed, no physical activity of any kind was allowed for so many days after (I want to say a week, but i honestly don't remember). My dr. and the nurses also made sure i was aware of that as well.
