...With Johnny here, we got the Christmas tree up on the weekend after Thaksgiving!! Record time for me! 
It's also a REAL tree. Jack had planted Many, Many, Many evergreen trees years ago with a plan that they would mature when we retired and it would be a little extra $$ coming in. When he died, they were just left to grow and that they did. Many are too big for house trees but there are still some of a good size and Johny found a nice one for us. He was excited because this is his first NH Christmas in 12 years. And today he is enjoying his first snowstorm in as may years!!! He was out at 6 am shoveling. I will wait til the end of January or February to see whether his enthusiasm maintains!
For a brief time, I've had all the family together; but come January 1st, Jennifer and her husband are moving to Virginia. I will be excited for her and her new adventure; but sad to see her go. What a year: some good, some not so much.
I know I keep saying I'll catch up on TBC; with the New Year fast approaching, it will be a Top Priority for me. Meanwhile, I wish you Very Happy Holidays. Much Love ~ Gram ~
PS Gotta get a little Brad in here: I did read a few posts re Brad pulling out of his next movie because of the director's changes made while he was finishing another project (I forget the title). It reminded me of 'The Devil's Own' which he tried to get out of because the story had been changed so drastically when Harrison Ford became his co-star. He was unaware of the changes until he reported to the set after being delayed with another movie. I guess, since TDO, he's gotten better provisions in his contracts!
Also, he got a Best Actor award at Cannes for 'Jesse James...'. Oscar nom, maybe???
Also Agelina for 'A Mighty Heart'. Wouldn't it be something if they BOTH won??
