F-ZTAT Ver 5.0 Flash programming software - where to find??

Hello! We are paniced at my office since we got the wrong type of CPU delivered The one we received was not that type that we tested. So for the moment we are desperatley searching for F-ZTAT Ver 5.0 Flash Programming Software from Renesas. The interesting part of this is that Renesas can not provide us the software!!!!
