Enable/Disable interrupt in C?

How to Enable/Disable interrupt in C with the HEW version supplied with the LEM emulator? In some examples usind the IAR toolchain, I saw a function --- set_interrupt_mask() --- but it doesn't work. Any suggestion? Best regards.
