H8/3687 is reset while using I2C interface

Hi, In my programm using the H8/3687 the processor is using the I2C interface. While running the programm a reset occurs. The programm is using also the watchdog timer but this is not the reset which occurs. It looks like a hardware reset. Can somebody help me with this problem? Thanks in advace, Andre
