Kirk - the yearbook reports are submitted by the local leagues in response to our questionnaire. Your league opted to recognize one statistical leader per category rather than the top three in each category that we ask for.
The HardBall mailing list is based on the paid team rosters submitted to MSBL National each season. We do not maintain the list here in California, it is done in New York. The team managers are responsible for having accurate mailing addresses for all their players and making sure they are submitted to the National office each year. We will contact you privately to investigate why you are not receiving the magazine.
