After talking in class and debating about whether or not people should have taken part in the Hunger March. I think something that may have been a little overlooked was that these people had nothing. They were losing thier homes, they had no job and they had families. Yes they probably knew that the protest may end in violence but in all fairness what did they have to lose? Yes they may have gotten injured in the process but maybe if they protested enough they may get something out of it. I think they were very desperate and they wanted to try anything that could help them and their family.
