Why put the blame squarely on ford. When not march on Washington D.C. Ford, I think most of us can agree was a cruel and at times quite unfair, but who isn't when it comes too business. Walmart (Sam Walton) is currently the largest employer. Average wage at Walmart is 6.75 a hour, well below the living wage. Walmart and the Waltons do some of same stuff done by Henry Ford, including the blocking of the formation of Unions, why not march and strike in front of his or even his family members houses. Because the government regulates Walmart and should of been regulating Ford as well, but it was too busy with their hands in Ford's and Walmart's pocket to care.
