I totally agree with John and I love the comparison with Ford to Walmart. Sam Walton is a powerhouse when it comes to employers and he actually came to my mind when we were watching the movie. It is not as extreme now a days bc their are laws against brutal working conditions, but his power used against his employers is very similar to what Ford did in the early workings of his factories.
