It seems wrong to blame FDR. His plans which were said to keep those with power in power took us out of the depression which made everyones lives better. Who says that a person that has worked hard and become the head of a company and is then "in power" should lose that just because the government wants to take it away from them. How is it fair for a hard working person to lose what they have just so that it can be given to others. The share croppers did get the short end of the stick but that was only because of a loop hole. How can you blame FDR for that. Congress tried to fix that loop hole by giving the checks to the share croppers but the land owners found another loop hole. To blame FDR for the cruel nature of the land owners who were in a bad situation themselves seems unjust.
