it interesting to see that factory owners today act as owners in the thirties and prior did. i think it is one of the weaker parts of our economy today. the fact that employees can work forty hours or more a week and still make minimal wages while owner's make millions. unions are constructed to give laborers better rights and opprotunities. i think that owners dont see that unions can be positive. unions that i personally know off dont just accept everyone. a worker has to be qualified and perform their job well because there are many other individuals willing to fill in. there needs to be a better happy medium between the wages and salary variance between the president of a company versus his/her employees. if it werent for the employees their would be no production.
