The sixties were amazing. all the movements and expressions of people's freedoms is awesome. i wish i lived in the sixties, just to see what my parents had to go through. anyways, the reading surprised me becuase i did not know that all those court cases changed the future and made america the way it is now for me and my generation. i like how all cultures and groups all protested. Gays, indians, african americans, women, latinos, etc. Earth day was invented and there are tons but for an example, like the New York times vs. sullivan made freedom of press possible, and miranda vs. arizona, made up miranda rights, etc. pure amazement
