I agree with both statements. I think implementing a draft would be disastrous. People who really don't want to be there would be no good to the troops who actually do want to be there. These troops need each other because they need somebody to watch their back. If there is somebody there that would freeze on the battle field they could not only get themselves killed but they could potential get other troops killed. I would rather have fewer troops who actually want to be there then have more troops with some who don't want to be there. I think we would be better off that way.
