In my opinion about the war and who is in it, I believe that after 911 hit the United States, young men and women volunteered to join. they saw it as a way of showing to their country that they are willingly going to give up their lives, because going to the war never means that they will come back. With the discussion about the educated people, well, personally, I think that the educated people would not volunteer to go. To them, education is more important. With the wealthy, of course they aren't going to go. They tend to be people that only care about themselves. For an example, on the show "True Life" on MTV, it protrayed a poor, young black guy who is volunteering to go to war, but of course he didn't get in because his reading ablity wasn't good enough. Even these recuiting places for the military or army, have to put down people because of disablities.
