I don't think the arguement on hand is the question of intelligence between people who go to college and who decides not to...but rather the question on hand is whether the government should draft students out of college rather than men/women who do not attend college...you are just assuming that the opposition of your view is claiming a lack of intelligence...but in fact that's not the case...the most common reason I hear for drafting non-college students....is the fact that students in college have a greater opporntunity to affect our nation than one whom doesn't attend.....it all comes down to statistics gathered
