Well, if you think about it, many people blame the president for the things that have gone wrong in their lives. Many people believe that President Bush is making their children dumber due to his No Child Left Behind act. Herbert
Hoover was also blamed for his actions or lack thereof for dealing with the Great Depression. So for me it did not come as much of a surprise when those people in the document blamed Reagan for their economic problems.
