It is always easier to blame the President during times of hardship, but how much credit does he get when the economy and Jobs are good. Regan was clearly not to blame here because this problem was well out of his scope of control.
Bush just plainly sucks; he is so reckless now that he doesn’t have to worry about reelection. Besides the faults behind the No Child Left behind and the problems of Social promotion that comes with it. Bush has giving us a deficit that is going to take us years to pay down.
