I was watching V for Vendetta the other day and in the movie it spoke of how the U.S. became oil hungry and got involved with several wars in many foreign countries. The movie showed a brief downfall of the country due to the accumulating debt from all of the wars. Do you think it’s possible, for a powerful country like the United States, to become so oil hungry and blind that they forget about money and the people? Almost to a point where the country goes bankrupt and the government dissolving? Now I'm not saying this could happen in the next few years, but 15-20 years from now its a possibility. What do you think? Will we maintain a powerful country, or fall to the idea of world domination for oil.
