I do not believe we want world domination, just for the fact that is HIGHLY out of reach. There is only about 500k infantry soldiers, and for world domination we would need millions. The reasons why the insurgents are killing our people is unknown, but you have to think about it first. They attacked us first, and have been doing so all throughout the 1990s. They have bombed our embassies all over the world, and have planned numerous attacks on the United States. If it wasn't for our invasion of Iraq, many more Iraqis would have died under Hussein. They didn't even have underground sanitation systems until we arrived. The Iraqi people were in great need of liberation, something the Kurds had been fighting for. As to Al Qaeda being in Iraq, we have found many Al Qaeda operatives there.
