I would hardly consider forming a democratic government an act of trying to attain world domination and I think that statement is pretty far fetched as well. One, world domination is pretty much impossible at this point. And two, if the Iraqi people really didn't want this democracy, they wouldn't and shouldn't have voted at the polls. The fact of the matter is that there are bad apples there, just as there are here. But the US certainly isn't trying to attain world domination through setting up democracies.
