Extremely willing, quiet and easy to work with. Walk, trot, canter and started over small fences. Loves to jump, will not refuse. Great indoors or out, alone or with other horses. Up-to-date on coggins and vaccines. Wonderful for farrier, vet, clips, loads, bathes. Topper has an "in your pocket" puppy dog personality. Would make a safe and dependable childrens pony. Pictures and video available.
