14.3 hand blood bay mare for sale in Nebraska. Trained WP and VERY well broke for trails. She hasn't had much demand on her saddle time- mostly trails and down the county road, in the arena by small children. She is very safe- will not buck, rear, will not even think about bolting or running off. If she sees something she is not familiar with she stops and freezes until she decides its okay then she walks around it looking. She can do leadline rides, rides double. She rides in a Dee ring snaffle. Very soft mouth. Walk and Trot. She has some arthritis in the hocks and does not like to Canter. Great walk/trot show horse for young person. Very affectionate mare. Will stand loose in the arena for hours and let you brush her mane/tail. Is one of those who is at the gate to meet you. Her ground manners are good. Not impeccable, she will move around some while bathing or clipping. She does not need restrained, it just isn't done much and consistant handling in this manner will improve her wiggling around. She is easy to catch, leads very nicely, stands tied. She is good for the farrier, vetting- etc. $2,000.00 obo
