I want to find my sister a horse so she can ride with me

I need to find a rele broke horse for my sister i love her to death but when i go riding on mine she rides her bike with me and its sad to me that she dosent have one.....and i want her to be able to have fun with me and im not the richest person but i have some to spend for her if someone can help me that would be great.
