Hi Randy,
D troop, RHA was Mercer's at Waterloo and heavily engaged. The medal roll has no T. Duckworth, bombardier, in D troop.
There is, however, a Thomas Duckworth, driver in Royal artillery drivers, Major N. Turner`s A. troop. There were four troops of RHA drivers present at Waterloo. Drivers were often split up, seldom serving under their own officers, so this could explain the attribution?
