What is with the link up there?

At the top of this forum there are two links one may click -- "Post a Message", and "Brigade Napoleon".
For YEARS the latter, on my pooter at any rate, leads to a page which states, "Warning. Sexually Explicit Material..."
So just what in the grat googly moogly is up with that? Why has no one ever bothered to fix it? I'm no prude mind, but it seems ludicrous to let it go this long.
End of rant.
