Hi,would like any information on the construction of a bearskin colbak.I am going to make one myself as I have pelt to work with.I have many books with pictures but alas can not see inside.can anyone enlighten me to construction.Is bearskin attached to a wicker frame or is it a leather shell?also is top of helmet closed or open?I know the flame is there but is there a solid piece of some sort that covers top?any input would be greatly appreciated,I hope to have a presentable uniform together by spring.Thank you for any help or direction,Craig
