Did colbacks have oilskin cover like shakos?

Hello,I have finished a colback and am trying to find out if colback had a cover such as the shakos did and grenadier bearskins did to protect in foul weather(one that covered completly not just top).I am recreating Chassuer a cheval de la Imperiale Garde.Any input would be appreciated.Thank you,Craig
