What has happened to all the specialty acts these days - we hardly ever see any. I know I'm an oldie but in my day there were about 4 specialty acts throughout the panto. A lot of the time they had noting to do with the plot but all added to the entertainment whether they were Jugglers, unicyclists, ventriloquists, magicians, roller skating acts etc. It is sad there are now theatres these days where these acts can be seen. Bring back good old fashioned variety.
