Does anyone know what happened to the BPA? Gyles Brandreth set it up in the 70s (1971?) and it had a publication which cost 28p in 1972 called "Panto;the journal of the British Pantomime Association". Does anyone know if there were any other publications and whether it is still going in some shape or form? An article in the Times of 1983 states there was an association survey on the state of the British Panto that year. Does anyone know if these results can be found anywhere and whether the survey was completed each year? I would be really grateful for any bits of knowledge on the matter - and if it is no longer running, does anyone think it time we re-instate it?
