So.... Apart from the actors that have smoke blown up them, and of course, the organisers, the general view on these awards is somewhat poor. Isnít it about time they take note of what the panto theatre goers think? At the moment they try so embarrasingly hard to rub shoulders with the stars, and I have not read one good bit of feedback from an average panto-goer. My advice would be to make these awards seem less like a massive casting couch of cronies, and involve theatre goers. I mean, the organisers donít appear to be much more than hardcore fans?? Why not have an online voting process?? Why judges who probably donít even see all the shows they Ďjudgeí?? I mean Al Murray won?! Itís embarrasing.
