Jorge belongs to a former coworker who moved to a new apartment where she can't have him. Right now, Jorge is living in her old townhouse during the month her leases overlap, but she has no Plan B for what to do with him at the end of this month.
Someone suggested that he looks like a Jindo (and after looking at your website, I agree!) and that I contact your group.
I pet sat Jorge several times last summer, and he's a really great, deserving dog. I'd take him myself if I didn't have an unpredictable 115-lb rottie-dobie mix rescue to contend with. I'm posting flyers around town and have put him on Petfinder, but I'm very worried Jan 30 is going to come with nowhere for Jorge to go.
Jorge is 100% on his house training, loves to play, and is a snuggler. He's a gorgeous blond-red color with a curly tail that he carries over his back.
Here are some basics:
Male, Neutered, 45-50 lbs; up-to-date on all shots
Age: 7 years plus...? Bit of a mystery.
Don’ts: No little kids or cats
Other: Makes “Chewbacca” noises and sometimes even meows
