It would be best for your mother to contact PetSmart directly to arrange this. If she is affiliated with rescues in her area, possibly one of them could step up to be the official rescue of this dog. I don;t believe PetSmart would release a Jindo to someone in another state without them being backed by a 501c3 rescue. Jindos are a very difficult breed generally - one must have Jindo experience - and this one in particular is unneutered and a handful.
