Contact Red Young, a Director of Jindo/Shiba Rescue, at shibak9@aol.com (tell him I referred you); he can refer you to people near you that are involved in Jindo rescue and currently have Jindos living in foster homes. Also, try Kristen Edmonds at kedmonds@treasuredk9s.org. She is on the East Coast. She is very busy and prefers that someone download her adoption app from her site (treasuredk9s.org), fill out and submit to her before she gets involved with them; that way, if they don't meet the adoption criteria, she hasn;t wasted time. There are plenty in foster homes that need a good home and I'm sure Kristen or Red can help you.
