If you love your dog, you should be consulting with your vet and a dog trainer on this. A dog just doesn;t suddenly start biting for no reason. How long has he lived in the apartment? Are there other people and animals in the apartment? Maybe there's a medical issue going on and he's biting due to pain. This could be something that could be remedied with some behavioral training. You should really look into it further before getting rid of your dog. BTW, aren't you the least bit suspicious about someone who replies right away that they can take your dog that has biting issues without finding out anything further about the dog? Maybe he's going to use your dog for fighting. Or what if he can't deal with the dog and just dumps it in a kill shelter. Seems to me you don;t really love your dog if you're willing to give him to the first stranger who responds.
