I have an adult male jindo I took in as a rescue when I found him starving on the streets.
He is well-behaved and gets along fine with other dogs AND cats. I believe he was abused by a previous owner as he reacts the way abused animals do. I have had him for a year now and he still sometimes flinches if I catch him off guard or move too fast unexpectedly around him. Other than that, he is a wonderful dog who would do well in a calm household.
I can no longer care for him financially, nor is he allowed in my apartment building (building owners say he is too big a dog to live here).
He has adjusted well to home life. I work at a care-free dog daycare and he comes with me and is exceptional around a pack of dogs, but he acts as an old man and prefers to be left alone, or more like he doesn't know HOW to play.
He will make an excellent only dog or new dog to a family preferably for him without kids (they make him nervous).
